IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

We have a $50 minimum rental + Delivery. You can rent small orders but we will charge the minimum of $50 + Delivery

The Rental price of our equipment includes only the use for the item at a much lower price than buying it. The rental price does not include any other services such as set up, delivery, arrange, brake down. If this is a service you want to add please request in advance so we can include in the rental quote. Thank you

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

All of our prices are daily rates we don't have hourly rates.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We recommend to reserve within 2-3 weeks prior to your event, last minute rentals are always welcome if available.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

We require at least 48 hours for changes, fees may apply up to 50% of the rental if not contact on time

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We take the payment the same day we deliver unless is more than $100 event we will ask for 50% of the rental for security deposit. We also take Credit Cards trough Square (3.0% processing fee will apply) and Venmo

DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are not refundable, we do offer credit to be use for another event during the same year if contact 1 week or more before the event (depending the size of the order we will require 2 weeks in advance)
